Do not anticipate trouble, or worry about what may never happen. Keep in the sunlight.
Benjamin Franklin

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Phil 4:6-7

Educational?

Well I used to think daytime television was nothing but junk (which okay, the majority probably is) but it can also be very educational. Each night Brian comes home to learn a new piece of information....whether it be about teen sex, women's health, men's health, technology, drugs, etc. I am learning something everyday!

It can also be very motivating to get healthy. It seems that every channel discusses healthy eating tips, work out tips, etc. I think Brian is getting annoyed because each day I get motivated about something new! Today I am going to start working out, today I am eating healthier, today I am starting a garden, today I am trying some new landscaping, today I am going to attempt to be more crafty.....you get the idea!

LOL...I remember that SAME feeling! I would learn new make up tips, how to dress to look thinner, how to cook better, etc. However, once you have two and you have start carting them all over for their goofy "lessons" that they scream all the way thru, you don't have as much time to watch it! I also tape all my shows at night since I can't stay up too late...so if I watch TV, I sneak in some trash TV while the kids are napping. :)
