This weekend we attempted to get some fall pictures of Stella. She was somewhat cooperative...some of the time. The majority of the time, however, not. But oh well, it was fun. This was our first attempt at getting some with some apples....pretty fall like, huh? And we even got a half a smile.
Then we quickly learned that Stella is terrified of the pumpkins. She hated them when we had them inside the house, and couldn't stand to be near them. Oh great, my plan for pictures of her with the pumpkins quickly went out the window. Anytime she saw she was getting close she began crying...
However, we did manage to get one great picture of her with a pumpkin AND smiling. Success!!
I convinced Brian that we should attempt to paint instead of carve our pumpkins this year. I loved it! I think they turned out great and it was so much fun (and easier!)
I had to laugh at this one. It was towards the end of the weekend and looks like she is praying, "Please God, let this be over with soon."

Crack me up! She is so pretty Gin, I love them all! Love the smock sweater (sniff, sniff). Your painted pumpkins turned out awesome...want to come and help your nieces paint theirs?
SO CUTE! I was cracking up at her sad faces...who would have thought pumpkins could be scary! The pumpkins are awesome...what kind of paint did you use?

Oh, Gin!, these are so adorable!!!Dad couldn't figure out what I was laughing at so hard-----until he came in and looked at the "sad" pics!!!
She is such a sweetie!!!
