Well today we went to our 14 week appointment and go to hear the baby's heartbeat! It was healthy and strong. They had to use a different monitor thing so they didn't get an actual number, but said it sounded like it would be in the 150's. Sounded great to us! Eight more weeks and we should be able to determine the sex of the baby. They don't want to do the ultrasound at our next appoitment because it might be a little early to tell.

I just pulled up my journal and at 14 weeks, 2 days Eli's heartbeat was 150 exactly!! Three weeks later it was down to 130 though, so if it drops down at your next appt I am thinking BOY!!!!
NO!!! Girl, girl, girl. It will be up at the next appointment!! I'll have to pull my journals and see what the girl's were. So glad it was just strong and loud. That's the way we like them!
