Do not anticipate trouble, or worry about what may never happen. Keep in the sunlight.
Benjamin Franklin

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Phil 4:6-7

All Bundled and Ready to Go!

It is so nice to get outside and move! We have been trapped in this house for a little over a week. I am so happy that it has been nice out so we are able to hit the sidewalk and enjoy the sunshine! Last night all three of us went on her first walk around the neighborhood....you wouldn't think I would be this excited, but after having a c-section and being very limited....any movement is great!

Does the girl do nothing but sleep? Glad you are feeling well enough to walk, that will help flush all those pregnancy hormones out of your system faster. Exercise is good, not only for the body, but for the mind! Can't wait to visit again.
