Woohoo! Our computer decided to be stubborn and not turn on last Thursday. Stay at home mom without a computer?!?!
I immediately called HP to ask them what to do....even though our warranty was 348 days expired....they reminded me of that several times. They had me try a few things...didn't work. So they said since it was our first repair they would fix it. It was most likely the system board which was a $390 part...yikes! However, they would fix it free of charge. Great customer service! They FedExed a box to me the next day with packaging material, tape, and a prepaid shipping label. Sent it out on Friday and got it back today!!

Wow, I can't believe HP gave you a new system board even thought it was out of warranty. Our new laptop hasn't worked right for a while now and Dell is claiming it's not their problem...grrr. Looks like HP is the way to go!
